Adi SINANI, Project Manager | REF Serbia

Adi Sinani has more than 15 years of professional experience in working with different government and international agencies on rule of law,  sustainable development, national minorities, and policy development. His competencies span strategic leadership, complex project management, team leadership, advocacy & program development, anti-corruption education, conflict prevention, stakeholder engagement and comprehensive reporting. He received a title of a graduate in the management and legal studies at the University of Nikola Tesla Faculty of Law in Belgrade, where he also completed the master program: International Security and Legal Studies at the University of Megatrend Faculty of Law. Currently, he is involved in the master program at the Ludovika University of Public Service in the field of  digital justice and AI.

    He started his career at the OSCE Mission to Serbia in the Democratization Department in 2006. During his work at the OSCE, he was awarded from the OSCE SPMU and the HCNM for one of the best minority inclusion projects in the OSCE area. In 2014, he was employed by the Swedish Civil Rights Defenders on a program of equal opportunities and analysed the violations of human rights violations in the WB region.
