Elena IORDĂNESCU Advocacy Team Leader
Elena brings over a decade of robust experience in public administration, having served as a public manager responsible for reforms in key sectors under the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Information and Digitalisation, and Ministry of European Funds. She is an alumna of the Young Professional Scheme, funded by the European Commission Program, and has completed her training in the Urban Management master’s program at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Elena graduated from the Young Professional Scheme, funded by the European Commission Program, and received training in the Urban Management master’s program at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands. She also holds a degree from the Bucharest Law Faculty and completed training at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, enhancing her skills in negotiations, due diligence, networking, and profiling. Additionally, Elena is an authorized translator for Romanian-English/English-Romanian and a graduate of the Faculty of Letters at Dunărea de Jos University, Galați. Her journey in social inclusion, particularly for Romanian citizens of Roma ethnicity, was enriched by the SNSPA master’s courses in Roma Studies (2016).
