Reprezenta\u021bi politic cu mult sub num\u0103rul lor propor\u021bional, romii se confrunt\u0103 cu probleme precum cump\u0103rarea de voturi, intimidarea, legile electorale incorecte \u0219i slaba organizare civic\u0103. RFD, dup\u0103 modelul funda\u021biilor politice din SUA \u0219i Germania, \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 apere democra\u021bia, alegerile libere \u0219i drepturile civice ale romilor.
