Via\u021ba ei, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cea a familiei sale, a fost marcat\u0103 de provoc\u0103ri \u0219i tulbur\u0103ri semnificative.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/3_ArminaB_Photo-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9926\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/3_ArminaB_Photo-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/3_ArminaB_Photo-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/3_ArminaB_Photo-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/3_ArminaB_Photo.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Armina locuie\u0219te cu mama sa, o femeie hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103 \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de 29 de ani, \u0219i cu cei cinci fra\u021bi ai s\u0103i: patru surori \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de 2, 3, 10 \u0219i 12 ani \u0219i un frate \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de 8 ani. P\u00e2n\u0103 de cur\u00e2nd, au locuit \u00een comunitatea de romi din Krojcica Tuzla, un loc pe care l-au numit acas\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 de la na\u0219terea Arminei. Cu toate acestea, vie\u021bile lor au fost date peste cap atunci c\u00e2nd tat\u0103l lor le-a for\u021bat s\u0103 plece de acas\u0103. Ace\u0219tia \u0219i-au g\u0103sit refugiu temporar \u00een comunitatea de romi din Miladije Tuzla, la un v\u0103r care le-a oferit cu generozitate ad\u0103post.<\/p>\n\n<p>At\u00e2t Krojcica, c\u00e2t \u0219i Miladije sunt comunit\u0103\u021bi diverse de romi din Tuzla. \u00cen Krojcica locuiesc aproximativ 80 de familii, iar \u00een Miladije \u00een jur de 20. \u00cen ciuda greut\u0103\u021bilor, mama Arminei este neclintit\u0103 \u00een angajamentul s\u0103u fa\u021b\u0103 de educa\u021bia copiilor s\u0103i. Armina, acum \u00een clasa \u00eent\u00e2i la Institu\u021bia Public\u0103 \u0218coala Primar\u0103 &#8220;Kreka&#8221; Tuzla, este o elev\u0103 s\u00e2rguincioas\u0103 c\u0103reia \u00eei place s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be. Fra\u021bii ei mai mari, care sunt \u0219i ei studen\u021bi dedica\u021bi, \u00eei servesc drept modele pozitive.<\/p>\n\n<p>Familia a fost sprijinit\u0103 de Asocia\u021bia Romilor &#8220;Euro Rom&#8221; Tuzla<strong>, <\/strong>un beneficiar al proiectului RARE. Ei le-au oferit Arminei \u0219i fratelui ei Armin rechizite \u0219colare \u0219i ateliere educa\u021bionale. Aceste ini\u021biative au fost cruciale \u00een preg\u0103tirea lor pentru \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i \u00een sprijinirea parcursului lor academic. Mama Arminei este hot\u0103r\u00e2t\u0103 s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 to\u021bi copiii ei primesc o educa\u021bie bun\u0103, sper\u00e2nd c\u0103 aceasta le va oferi oportunit\u0103\u021bi pe care ea nu le-a avut niciodat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aspira\u021biile lui Armina sunt simple, dar profunde. Ea viseaz\u0103 la un c\u0103min stabil, unde familia ei s\u0103 aib\u0103 c\u0103ldur\u0103, hran\u0103 suficient\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 poat\u0103 studia f\u0103r\u0103 griji. \u00ce\u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i termine studiile \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i sus\u021bin\u0103 mama, care a sacrificat at\u00e2t de mult pentru ei. Sprijinul din partea echipei de proiect \u0219i a comunit\u0103\u021bii a fost un colac de salvare, oferind speran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i un sentiment de apartenen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<p>Povestea Arminei este una a speran\u021bei, a rezilien\u021bei \u0219i a c\u0103ut\u0103rii unui viitor mai bun. Cu dragostea \u0219i determinarea familiei sale \u0219i cu bun\u0103tatea celor care \u00eei sprijin\u0103, ei pot dep\u0103\u0219i multe obstacole.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DESPRE PROIECT<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Ac\u021biunea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.romaeducationfund.org\/new-partnership-between-the-european-commission-and-ref-for-quality-education-of-the-roma-in-the-western-balkans-and-turkey\/\"><strong>Ac\u021biunea regional\u0103 a UE pentru educa\u021bia romilor: Cre\u0219terea sprijinului \u0219i a oportunit\u0103\u021bilor educa\u021bionale pentru elevii romi din Balcanii de Vest \u0219i Turcia (RARE), faza II<\/strong> <\/a>se bazeaz\u0103 pe succesul proiectului ini\u021bial implementat de REF \u00eentre 2018 \u0219i 2021.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen timpul primei etape, au fost furnizate servicii educa\u021bionale \u00een \u0219apte \u021b\u0103ri (Albania, Bosnia \u0219i Her\u021begovina, Kosovo*, Muntenegru, Macedonia de Nord, Serbia \u0219i Turcia), implic\u00e2nd \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi educa\u021bionale peste 4 500 de copii romi de la diferite niveluri de educa\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Etapa actual\u0103 urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 extind\u0103 realiz\u0103rile proiectului ini\u021bial, stabilind \u00een acela\u0219i timp o baz\u0103 solid\u0103 pentru includerea \u0219i participarea copiilor la educa\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Proiectul \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 reduc\u0103 decalajul dintre romi \u0219i ne-romi \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te participarea \u0219i finalizarea unei educa\u021bii de calitate, s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 tranzi\u021bia elevilor romi de la educa\u021bie la ocuparea unui loc de munc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 promoveze o schimbare sistemic\u0103 durabil\u0103 \u0219i desegregarea \u00een cadrul sistemelor de educa\u021bie din regiunea de extindere.<\/p>\n\n<p>Obiectivele specifice includ:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea rezultatelor educa\u021bionale la toate nivelurile, cu un accent deosebit pe prevenirea abandonului \u0219colar \u0219i abordarea disparit\u0103\u021bii semnificative dintre nivelurile de educa\u021bie ale b\u0103rba\u021bilor \u0219i femeilor, promov\u00e2nd astfel incluziunea de gen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitarea tranzi\u021biei elevilor romi de la educa\u021bie la ocuparea unui loc de munc\u0103, cu accent pe reducerea diferen\u021belor de gen \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te nivelurile de educa\u021bie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Proiectul \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 o perspectiv\u0103 de gen, cu scopul de a oferi acces la educa\u021bie fetelor \u0219i femeilor rome, promov\u00e2nd astfel egalitatea de gen \u0219i emanciparea acestora. Lipsa accesului la serviciile educa\u021bionale, discriminarea \u00een \u0219coli \u0219i institu\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i atitudinile negative predominante fa\u021b\u0103 de femei \u00eempiedic\u0103 \u00een mod semnificativ accesul fetelor \u0219i femeilor rome la educa\u021bie. Aceste bariere au un impact negativ profund \u0219i de durat\u0103 asupra vie\u021bii lor.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen timpul primului an de punere \u00een aplicare, ca parte a <strong>serviciilor de educa\u021bie timpurie pentru copii \u0219i de dezvoltare timpurie<\/strong> la nivel de proiect, REF a sprijinit cel pu\u021bin 585 de copii cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 4 \u0219i 6 ani s\u0103 aib\u0103 acces la servicii de dezvoltare timpurie pentru copii (ECD) de calitate \u0219i la oportunit\u0103\u021bi de activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00een aer liber.
