Elena a absolvit programul Young Professional Scheme, finan\u021bat prin Programul Comisiei Europene, \u0219i a beneficiat de formare \u00een cadrul programului de masterat Urban Management la Universitatea Erasmus din Rotterdam, \u021a\u0103rile de Jos. De asemenea, este absolvent\u0103 a Facult\u0103\u021bii de Drept din Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i a urmat cursuri de formare la Institutul Diplomatic Rom\u00e2n, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bindu-\u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile \u00een negocieri, due diligence, networking \u0219i profilare. \u00cen plus, Elena este traduc\u0103tor autorizat pentru rom\u00e2n\u0103-englez\u0103\/englez\u0103-rom\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i absolvent\u0103 a Facult\u0103\u021bii de Litere din cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii Dun\u0103rea de Jos, Gala\u021bi.
