Viktor a lucrat aproape zece ani ca lucr\u0103tor social pe teren \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile de romi marginaliza\u021bi \u0219i are o experien\u021b\u0103 vast\u0103 \u00een str\u00e2ngerea de fonduri, advocacy \u0219i facilitarea acord\u0103rii de granturi, colabor\u00e2nd cu Roma Education Fund timp de peste un deceniu. Anterior, a fost consilier al pre\u0219edintelui Republicii Slovace.
