Delia a crescut \u00eentr-o familie \u00een care studiul \u0219i dragostea de carte i-au fost insuflate cu pasiune de mama ei, fost\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toare \u00een satul \u00een care a crescut. Meseria de dasc\u0103l a fost una cu care am luat contact de la o v\u00e2rsta foarte mic\u0103, \u00een familie, av\u00e2nd membri care au lucrat \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt. Eram oarecum la curent cu ceea ce trebuia s\u0103 fac\u0103 un dasc\u0103l la clas\u0103, dar \u0219i dup\u0103 ce termin\u0103 orele. Percepeam \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103torul ca pe cineva foarte priceput, capabil s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 la toate \u00eentreb\u0103rile \u0219i necunoscutele celor din jur. I-a\u0219 spune c\u0103 sunt situa\u021bii \u00een care \u00eencrederea \u00een dasc\u0103l a sc\u0103zut foarte mult \u0219i poate \u0219i mai r\u0103u nu mai e important\u0103 \u00een comunitate. I-a\u0219 spune c\u0103 pe h\u00e2rtie studiaz\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea \u0219i nu numai cel care dore\u0219te acest lucru, dar \u00een realitate exist\u0103 mul\u021bi analfabe\u021bi func\u021bional. P\u0103rerea mea este c\u0103 meseria de dasc\u0103l nu e una \u00een care s\u0103 te perfec\u021bionezi la locul de munc\u0103. Rebuturile ar fi copiii \u0219i s-ar \u201drepara\u201d foarte greu. Aici c\u00e2\u0219tigi doar experien\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se cunosc cazuri de \u201delev foarte bun\u201d \u0219i profesor \u201dfoarte bun\u201d care \u00een echip\u0103 nu au rezultatele scontate. Cred c\u0103 e vorba de compatibilitate. Pentru <em>elevul-problem\u0103<\/em> trebuie neap\u0103rat <em>profesorul-solu\u021bie<\/em>. C\u00e2t de digitalizat\u0103 este \u0219coala \u00een care lucra\u021bi? Ave\u021bi colegi f\u0103r\u0103 adrese de mail? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0O tabl\u0103 interactiv\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 profesor preg\u0103tit nu ajut\u0103. Un profesor f\u0103r\u0103 chemare este un real pericol pentru elevi \u0219i de orice mijloace ar dispune acesta nu ar fi eficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218coala \u00een care lucrez nu e dotat\u0103 din acest punct de vedere, pe c\u00e2t a\u0219 vrea eu. M-ar ajuta la abord\u0103rile interdisciplinare \u0219i la orele op\u021bionale. Dar acestea nu sunt singurele lucruri care ar motiva pe cineva s\u0103 aleag\u0103 meseria de dasc\u0103l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 are chemare, o persoan\u0103 va alege s\u0103 fie dasc\u0103l indiferent de condi\u021bii. Dac\u0103 la asta se adaug\u0103 \u0219i unul sau mai mul\u021bi profesori model, totul e \u00een favoarea meseriei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ar fi interesant de v\u0103zut c\u00e2teva lucruri care \u00eei fac sceptici pe cei mai mul\u021bi atunci c\u00e2nd e vorba de ales s\u0103 fie dasc\u0103li. De exemplu, o mare dilem\u0103 este cea a notelor foarte mici la examenele de titularizare \u0219i de aici teama c\u0103 nu po\u021bi avea o stabilitate personal\u0103 \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt. Evident sunt discrepan\u021be \u00eentre ceea ce trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tie studen\u021bii s\u0103 poat\u0103 absolvi o facultate \u0219i ceea ce e nevoie s\u0103 \u0219tie pentru un examen de titularizare. O alt\u0103 problem\u0103 a profesorilor este naveta la serviciu. C\u00e2t de real\u0103 este cifra aceasta \u00een raport cu realitatea dumneavoastr\u0103 de zi cu zi? Cum comba\u021bi acest fenomen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analfabetismul func\u021bional este o realitate \u0219i, din p\u0103cate, procentul e mare. Cred c\u0103 apare \u0219i \u00een momentul \u00een care \u00eentr-un loc de munc\u0103 sau \u00eentr-o func\u021bie se g\u0103se\u0219te cineva care nu are preg\u0103tirea necesar\u0103 pentru pozi\u021bia pe care o ocup\u0103. La clas\u0103, copiii pot fi pu\u0219i \u00een situa\u021bii-problem\u0103 pe care s\u0103 le rezolve independent sau \u00een grup \u00een urma unor exerci\u021bii de litera\u021bie corecte. Cele pe care le-am \u00eent\u00e2lnit au fost singulare \u0219i din lipsa de educa\u021bie, mai pu\u021bin din convingere. Am\u00a0 urmat clasele I-IV la o \u0219coal\u0103 frecventat\u0103 de romi, iar cu colegii discut\u0103m de c\u00e2te ori avem ocazia f\u0103r\u0103 nici un fel de resentimente. Sunt cel pu\u021bin 10 tineri care au fost \u201dcopiii sufletului meu\u201d prin ceea ce au f\u0103cut \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 \u0219i prin modul \u00een care comunic\u0103m chiar \u0219i acum, atunci c\u00e2nd ne \u00eent\u00e2lnim. Am \u0219i \u0219ansa ca \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 s\u0103 am colegi cinci fo\u0219ti elevi. Celor care au urmat o carier\u0103 \u00een specialitatea pe care o predau le-am pierdut num\u0103rul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Dac\u0103 a\u021bi fi pentru o zi ministrul educa\u021biei, care sunt primele trei lucruri pe care le-a\u021bi schimba \u0219i de ce?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>01. Etapele de formare pentru cadrelor didactice<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider c\u0103 <strong><em>formarea ini\u021bial\u0103<\/em><\/strong> a cadrelor didactice trebuie s\u0103 fie compus\u0103 din patru module:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> modulul \u0219tiin\u021bific, foarte riguros; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>modulul de preg\u0103tire psiho-pedagogic\u0103 \u201dsever\u0103\u201d \u0219i de lung\u0103 durat\u0103 \u00een care metodele clasice (de tip \u201dliceu pedagogic\u201d) s\u0103 se \u00eembine real cu cele moderne; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>modulul care s\u0103 cuprind\u0103 cursuri \u0219i seminarii (bine planificate \u0219i organizate riguros \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urate) de metodic\u0103 \u0219i didactic\u0103 specializ\u0103rii studiate; <\/li><li> modulul de practic\u0103 pedagogic\u0103 elaborat\u0103 \u0219i bazat\u0103 pe principii corecte \u0219i eficiente, dirijat\u0103 pe termen lung de un profesor-monitor cu experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i expertiz\u0103. Aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 fie, dup\u0103 p\u0103rerea mea filtrul decisiv spre meseria de dasc\u0103l, fiecare modul \u00een parte fiind eliminatoriu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Formarea continu\u0103<\/em> <\/strong>s\u0103 cuprind\u0103 no\u021biuni de specialitate care s\u0103 fie utile cu adev\u0103rat \u00een mediul preuniversitar \u0219i nici \u00eentr-un caz s\u0103 nu devin\u0103 doar o informa\u021bie academic\u0103 predat\u0103 \u0219i evaluat\u0103 \u00een stil studen\u021besc. \u00cen mod obligatoriu perfec\u021bion\u0103rile s\u0103 fie actualizarea no\u021biunilor \u0219i metodelor de predare-\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare adaptate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>02. O \u0219coal\u0103 &#8220;prietenoas\u0103\u201d pentru elevi<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219 transforma toate \u201dvariabilele\u201d care pot s\u0103 \u00eei\nmotiveze real pe elevi \u00een procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, s\u0103 \u00eei ajute &nbsp;s\u0103 perceap\u0103 \u0219coala ca pe ceva foarte\nimportant, foarte organizat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realmente cei mai mul\u021bi dintre elevii interesa\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare percep acum sarcinile \u0219colare ca pe un mare stres: materie foarte mult\u0103, timp mult alocat pentru studiul academic, informa\u021bii rupte de practica zilnic\u0103, spa\u021bii de studiu monotone \u0219i neadecvate. Plaja de materii obligatorie pentru examene mult prea \u201drestr\u00e2ns\u0103\u201d \u0219i mult prea \u201dobligatorie\u201d. Am \u00eent\u00e2lnit elevi premian\u021bi, care reclam\u0103 c\u0103 \u0219coala este o povar\u0103 pentru ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>03. Descentralizarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului<\/em> ar duce la profesori mai relaxa\u021bi, mai multumi\u021bi. Ace\u0219tia ar putea s\u0103 fie aprecia\u021bi pentru progresul real al copiilor \u0219i nu doar pentru realiz\u0103rile olimpicilor.
