Funda\u021bia Roma Education&nbsp; Fund Romania, \u00een toate proiectele implementate \u00een ultimii 10 ani, a pozi\u021bionat activit\u0103\u021bile cu p\u0103rin\u021bii pe lista priorit\u0103\u021bilor sale de fiecare dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd a implementat programe educa\u021bionale \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile dezavantajate. Sesiunile de parentig sunt o investi\u021bie \u00een viitorul copiilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen luna noiembrie 2019, am \u00eenceput sesiunile de parenting \u0219i-n cadrul proiectului <a href=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/comunicat-de-presa-start-proiect-in-educatie-marca-ref-romania\/\">\u201eEduca\u021bie formal\u0103 \u0219i non-formal\u0103 pentru dezvoltare durabil\u0103 \u00een regiunea Centru\u201d<\/a> (cod MySmis 2014: 106443), cofinan\u021bat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Opera\u021bional Capital Uman 2014-2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/bb2dd003-e5fd-43ee-92b6-3e043bc456b5-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3413\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesiunile de parenting presupun, sus\u021bine Laura T\u00e2r\u021biu, expert parenting Roma Education Fund Romania, \u00eent\u00e2lniri regulate (minimum o dat\u0103 pe lun\u0103) cu grupuri de c\u00e2te 9-15 p\u0103rin\u021bi din grupul \u021bint\u0103 al proiectului \u2013 p\u0103rin\u021bi ai copiilor antepre\u0219colari \u0219i pre\u0219colari, ai elevilor din ciclul primar \u0219i gimnazial. Laura are astfel de activit\u0103\u021bi cu p\u0103rin\u021bii elevilor\u00a0 din localit\u0103\u021bile Deaj, Ceua\u0219, H\u0103r\u00e2nglab \u0219i Gorne\u0219ti, jude\u021bul Mure\u0219.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1ddae647-e550-4a66-b06d-349004537842-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3421\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bilor de parenting, Laura folose\u0219te \u0219i un ghid al activit\u0103\u021bii de parenting, care a fost realizat \u00een 2019  pe baza informa\u021biilor culese din teren, a \u00eent\u00e2lnirilor cu p\u0103rin\u021bii \u2013 identificarea nevoilor de parenting \u2013 precum \u0219i cu diver\u0219i actori locali \u2013 asistent social prim\u0103rie, medic de familie, directori de \u0219coal\u0103, dirigin\u021bi, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tori, preo\u021bi, poli\u021bi\u0219ti locali. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00cen ghid sunt propuse \u0219i planificate diverse teme\/fi\u0219e pentru a fi abordate \u00een \u00eent\u00e2lnirile cu p\u0103rin\u021bii, dar aceste teme pot fi adaptate \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile identificate pe parcursul \u00eent\u00e2lnirilor precum \u0219i de dinamica grupului de p\u0103rin\u021bi. Astfel, fiecare sesiune de parenting de grup, presupune desf\u0103\u0219urarea unei\/unor activit\u0103\u021bi \u00een jurul unei teme date \u2013 de exemplu: \u201dComunicarea eficient\u0103 p\u0103rinte-copil\u201d- iar modalitatea de desf\u0103\u0219urare a activit\u0103\u021bii este adaptat\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de fiecare grup \u00een parte. O alt\u0103 problem\u0103 este lipsa resurselor materiale pentru a-\u0219i sus\u021bine copiii \u00een procesul de continuare a studiilor mai departe de ciclul gimnazial \u0219i comunicare deficitar\u0103 p\u0103rinte-copil.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-01-20-at-19.04.12-4-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3415\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesiunile de parenting sunt necesare \u0219i utile \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile dezavantajate, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd pentru c\u0103 asigurarea succesului \u00een procesul educa\u021bional depinde mult de colaborarea p\u0103rinte-copil-\u0219coal\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Orice fel de interven\u021bie ne dorim s\u0103 facem pentru a sus\u021bine, a educa, a ghida un copil, nu putem s\u0103 ob\u021binem rezultatele dorite f\u0103r\u0103 participarea \u0219i implicarea p\u0103rintelui.
