Nu. De ceva timp aproape nimic nu mai este ceva obi\u0219nuit. Am uitat cum arat\u0103 obi\u0219nuin\u021ba!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obi\u0219nuit r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00eenc\u0103 momentul care \u00eemi deschide ziua: cafeaua de diminea\u021b\u0103. Urmeaz\u0103 apoi activit\u0103\u021bi pe care nu le aveam \u00eenainte de 11 martie 2020. De exemplu, obi\u0219nuita \u00eent\u00e2lnire zilnic\u0103 pe Zoom, de la ora 10, cu minuna\u021bii mei colegi de la REF Romania, \u00eent\u00e2lnire pe care o a\u0219tept ner\u0103bd\u0103tor, ca pe o gur\u0103 de aer proasp\u0103t care s\u0103 m\u0103 revigoreze \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eemi dea energia necesar\u0103 continu\u0103rii activit\u0103\u021bilor de peste zi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obi\u0219nuit era s\u0103 plec la \u0219coal\u0103. Sunt cadru didactic dar \u0219i o persoan\u0103 implicat\u0103 de mul\u021bi ani \u00een proiecte sociale, educa\u021bionale, comunitare etc. Acum activitatea de cadru didactic se realizeaz\u0103 online. Este o activitate nou\u0103, de adaptare a mea, a familiei \u0219i a elevilor mei. Timpul parc\u0103 nu mai este m\u0103surat \u00een ore! \u00cel m\u0103sor \u00een sesiuni de \u00eent\u00e2lnire online cu elevii mei sau cu colegii de la REF Romania. Am zilnic 2-3 sesiuni preg\u0103tite \u0219i programate cu c\u00e2teva zile \u00eenainte. Trimit informa\u021bia cu o zi, dou\u0103, \u00eenainte iar copiii sunt prezen\u021bi \u00een fa\u021ba calcultorului sau telefonului la ora stabilit\u0103. Facem obi\u0219nuita prezen\u021b\u0103, a\u0219a cum f\u0103ceam la ora de curs \u00een \u0219coal\u0103. Fiecare ne descriem starea emo\u021bional\u0103. Ne \u00eencuraj\u0103m. Ne ajut\u0103m acolo unde descoperim c\u0103 nu st\u0103p\u00e2nim tehnologia &#8211; s\u0103 avem sunet, imagine, s\u0103 facem share sau capturi de ecran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lec\u021biile sunt obi\u0219nuite, de consolidare, de rezolvare de situa\u021bii noi, aplica\u021bii sau de realizare a unor mici proiecte legate de anumite fenomene fizice studiate. Am uitat s\u0103 v\u0103 spun, sunt profesor de fizic\u0103. Proiectele le realiz\u0103m cu materiale aflate prin gospod\u0103rie. De exemplu, pentru tema presiunea atmosferic\u0103 elevii au avut ca tem\u0103 de proiect realizarea unui barometru av\u00e2nd la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103: foarfece, borcan, balon, band\u0103 elastic\u0103, carton A4, pai de plastic (pai de b\u0103ut) \u0219i un marker. Am discutat modul de lucru. Am vizionat \u00eempreun\u0103 un fim care ne ajut\u0103 la realizarea proiectului. Urmeaz\u0103 ca la urm\u0103toarea \u00eent\u00e2lnire s\u0103 avem proiectul realizat, s\u0103 povestim cum am f\u0103cut, ce am sim\u021bit realiz\u00e2nd proiectul, ce am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, ce fenomene am observat, ce am m\u0103surat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider c\u0103, \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 transmiterea de cuno\u0219tin\u021be, formarea de deprinderi \u0219i aptitudini, rolul nostu este \u0219i acela de a comunica mai mult cu elevii nostri, de a transmite mesaje pozitive, de a fi empatici, de a ar\u0103ta ca ne pas\u0103 de fiecare elev, \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, de a fi \u00eempreun\u0103. Este o etap\u0103 a solidarit\u0103\u021bii, a sus\u021binerii, a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii reciproce, a toleran\u021bei. Descoperim la copiii no\u0219tri valen\u021be pe care nu aveam timp s\u0103 le observ\u0103m \u00een timpul obi\u0219nuit de lucru, \u00een condi\u021bii obi\u0219nuite. Pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar \u0219i secundar inferior avem aproximativ 150 de beneficiari. Pentru ei, al\u0103turi de directorii \u0219colilor \u0219i de cadrele didactice continu\u0103m programul, organiz\u0103m \u0219i ultima etap\u0103 a acestuia: procesul de evaluare final\u0103 de modul. <\/p><p>Se \u00eencearc\u0103 men\u021binerea permanent\u0103 a leg\u0103turii cu beneficiarii, fie prin aplica\u021bii online, telefon, chiar \u0219i prin re\u021belele de socializare. Dar cea mai bun\u0103 form\u0103 de a discuta cu p\u0103rin\u021bii, adul\u021bii din program, este prin intermediul copiilor lor. Da, majoritatea participan\u021bilor la programul &#8220;A doua \u0219ans\u0103&#8221; au copii la \u0219coal\u0103, elevi care particip\u0103 \u0219i ei la actul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare online \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103.
