{"id":3840,"date":"2020-05-25T08:12:09","date_gmt":"2020-05-25T06:12:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romaeducationfund.ro\/?p=3840"},"modified":"2020-05-25T08:12:09","modified_gmt":"2020-05-25T06:12:09","slug":"bursele-ref-romania-pentru-cadrele-didactice-din-proiectul-cipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roma.education\/ro\/bursele-ref-romania-pentru-cadrele-didactice-din-proiectul-cipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Bursele REF Romania pentru cadrele didactice din proiectul CIPE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funda\u021bia Roma Education Fund Romania a oferit 40 de burse cadrelor didactice care au urmat cursul de formare profesional\u0103 <em>Monitorizarea riscului de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u0219colii,<\/em> \u0219i care au aplicat apoi ce au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat \u00een \u0219coala \u00een care predau \u0219i, desigur, au avut rezultate foarte bune.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Programul <em>Monitorizarea riscului de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u0219colii<\/em> face parte dintr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/invatarea-in-natura-un-model-socio-pedagogic-de-educatie-pentru-sustenabilitate-si-grija-fata-de-comunitate\/\">pachet<\/a> de 11 cursuri pe care REF Romania le-a preg\u0103tit cadrelor didactice \u00een cadrul proiectului <em><a href=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/comunicat-de-presa-oportunitati-de-invatare-pentru-cadrele-didactice-din-10-scoli-din-romania\/\">\u201eCompeten\u021b\u0103, inovare \u0219i profesionalism \u00een educa\u021bie\u201d (CIPE)<\/a><\/em> (cod MySmis 2014: 105682), finan\u021bat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Opera\u021bional Capital Uman 2014-2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Bursele au fost acordate \u00een scopul \u00eencuraj\u0103rii eforturilor depuse pentru punerea \u00een practic\u0103 zi de zi, \u00een activitatea didactic\u0103, a no\u021biunilor \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate pe parcursul form\u0103rii. Scopul este atragerea \u0219i\/sau men\u021binerea \u00een \u0219coal\u0103 a resurselor umane calificate. Stimulentul a fost acordat \u00een baza evalu\u0103rii performan\u021bei fiec\u0103rui participant din proiect, \u00een func\u021bie de planul de dezvoltare profesional\u0103 stabilit \u00eempreun\u0103 cu formatorul\/mentorul la \u00eenceputul programului de formare. Criteriile de performan\u021b\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 includ\u0103 mai mul\u021bi indicatori, printre care cre\u0219terea ratei de frecven\u021b\u0103 \u0219colar\u0103 a copiilor \u00een situa\u021bii de risc educa\u021bional, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea performan\u021belor educa\u021bionale ale copiilor din clasa cadrului didactic care beneficiaz\u0103 de stimulentul pentru performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i, desigur, criteriu calitativ \u2013 Cristina GRIGORE, expert m\u0103suri de sprijin CIPE.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perseveren\u021b\u0103, ambi\u021bie, munca \u00een echip\u0103 &#8211; Florica Alecu, bursier REF Romania<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Florica Alecu, dasc\u0103l la \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 Bora, jud. Ialomi\u021ba, \u00ee\u0219i construie\u0219te procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u00een jurul elevului. Fiecare copil este unic \u0219i pentru fiecare \u00een parte merit\u0103 s\u0103 lup\u021bi, consider\u0103 ea. Nu pu\u021bine sunt ocaziile \u00een care doamna \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toare le-a oferit copiilor activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219colare \u0219i extra\u0219colare care au avut drept rezultat reducerea abandonului \u0219colar. Are o vechime \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt de 23 de ani \u0219i gradul I didactic. Circa 13 ani de activitate \u0219i i-a petrecut la \u0218coala \u021a\u0103nd\u0103rei, cartierul Strachina, unde a ocupat \u0219i func\u021bia de director.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De un deceniu, ea lucreaz\u0103 la \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 Bora. \u00cenainte s\u0103 devin\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toare, Florica a fost mediator \u0219colar tot la Bora, unde a coordonat un proiect de alfabetizare. \u00centre timp, elevii s\u0103i de alt\u0103 dat\u0103 au devenit p\u0103rin\u021bii \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103ceilor ei de ast\u0103zi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01.-Bora.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3844\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01.-Bora.jpg 960w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01.-Bora-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01.-Bora-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Am intrat cu emo\u021bie \u00een proiectul Funda\u021biei REF Romania, g\u00e2ndindu-m\u0103 c\u0103 nu o s\u0103 m\u0103 descurc. Prin perseveren\u021b\u0103, ambi\u021bie \u0219i munc\u0103 \u00een echip\u0103, consider c\u0103 am reu\u0219it. Elevii \u0219colii gimnaziale Bora au beneficiat de cele mai frumoase activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219colare \u0219i extra\u0219colare, toate acestea conduc\u00e2nd la cre\u0219terea stimei lor de sine, la prevenirea abandonului \u0219colar \u0219i la promovarea identit\u0103\u021bii rome. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anul 2020 a g\u0103sit-o pe Florica pred\u00e2nd la clasa a\u00a0III-a. Prin activit\u0103\u021bile instructiv-educative pe care le desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 la clas\u0103, ea \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 previn\u0103 abandonul \u0219colar. \u021aelul \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toarei este ca elevii ei s\u0103 termine clasa a IV-a echipa\u021bi cu toate aptitudinile necesare pentru a-\u0219i continua studiile. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Este o munc\u0103 asidu\u0103, pentru c\u0103 avem o abordare diferen\u021biat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la individualizare. Pentru mul\u021bi dintre copiii no\u0219tri, limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 este o limb\u0103 str\u0103in\u0103. Acas\u0103, ei vorbesc limba romani. Este o lupt\u0103 continu\u0103 cu p\u0103rin\u021bii copiilor pentru a-\u0219i l\u0103sa fetele la \u0219coal\u0103. \u00cen acest sens, m-a ajutat foarte mult cursul \u201eP\u0103r\u0103sirea timpurie a \u0219colii\u201d, deoarece, prin metodele \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate \u00een cadrul cursului, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 form\u0103m o clas\u0103 de <em>A doua \u0219ans\u0103<\/em>, care va func\u021biona \u00een cadrul ISJ Ialomi\u021ba, printr-un proiect al Ministerului Educa\u021biei \u0219i Cercet\u0103rii. Metodele participative din cadrul cursului \u201eEduca\u021bie intercultural\u0103\u201d i-a atras pe copiii mei, pentru c\u0103 era un mod de abordare diferit. Prin aceste metode, \u0219coala era altfel, iar ei au reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i \u00eensu\u0219easc\u0103 mult mai repede deprinderile de citit, scris, socotit, povestit dup\u0103 imagini, alc\u0103tuire de compuneri, de cre\u0219terea stimei de sine, de asumare a identit\u0103\u021bii. Dac\u0103 eu am putut, ve\u021bi putea \u0219i voi! Tratare diferen\u021biat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la individualizare!\u201d \u2013 acestea sunt sloganurile \u0219colii \u00een care Florica crede cu t\u0103rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Copiii no\u0219tri au nevoie de modele, iar noi, cei care avem o \u201cbrum\u0103 de carte\u201d, trebuie s\u0103-i facem s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 c\u0103 numai prin educa\u021bie vom reu\u0219i.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am tratat fiecare elev \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile sale\nindividuale<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O alt\u0103 bursier\u0103 REF Romania de la \u0219coala Bora este Mariana Roibu, profesor titular la Liceul de Arte \u201cIonel Perlea\u201d din Slobozia. Mariana lucreaz\u0103 \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt de 30 ani \u0219i are gradul didactic I. A fost director al \u0218colii Generale nr.1 Slobozia, unitate la care erau arondate \u0218coala cu clasele I\u2013IV Bora, Gr\u0103dini\u021ba Bora \u0219i gr\u0103dini\u021ba din cartierul de case din zona \u0219colii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dup\u0103 \u00eenfiin\u021barea \u0218colii Gimnaziale Bora, Mariana a preluat \u0219i orele de fizic\u0103 de acolo, al\u0103turi de cursurile predate la Liceul de Arte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"834\" height=\"627\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/05.-Bora.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3843\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/05.-Bora.jpg 834w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/05.-Bora-300x226.jpg 300w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/05.-Bora-768x577.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 834px) 100vw, 834px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Nu mi-a fost foarte greu s\u0103 m\u0103 adaptez, datorit\u0103 experien\u021bei anterioare, c\u00e2t \u0219i faptului c\u0103 am fost fascinat\u0103 dintotdeauna de obiceiurile \u0219i de tradi\u021biile acestei etnii, de portul tradi\u021bional at\u00e2t de viu colorat, de talentul nativ \u00een muzic\u0103 \u0219i \u00een me\u0219te\u0219uguri. Realizez acum, c\u00e2nd scriu aceste r\u00e2nduri, c\u0103 nu am privit niciodat\u0103 ace\u0219ti copii altfel dec\u00e2t pe ceilal\u021bi. M-am integrat repede \u0219i datorit\u0103 colabor\u0103rii cu ceilal\u021bi dasc\u0103li ai \u0219colii. O contribu\u021bie deosebit\u0103\u00a0a avut faptul c\u0103 am parcurs cursuri referitoare la interculturalitate \u0219i la incluziune, la prevenirea abandonului \u0219colar, programe care m-au ajutat \u00een abordarea diferen\u021biat\u0103. Implicarea \u00een diferite proiecte \u0219i parteneriate, diversitatea activit\u0103\u021bilor desf\u0103\u0219urate cu elevii de aici, antrenarea lor \u00een c\u00e2t mai multe activit\u0103\u021bi extra\u0219colare au dus la cre\u0219terea stimei de sine, la dezvoltarea sentimentului de m\u00e2ndrie atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2lnesc reprezentan\u021bi ai etniei lor care au reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u00eenving\u0103 prejudec\u0103\u021bile.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0218i Mariana crede, asemenea Floric\u0103i, c\u0103\nmunca \u00een echip\u0103 a condus spre astfel de rezultate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u00centr-adev\u0103r, la Bora, elevii, profesorii \u0219i p\u0103rin\u021bii formeaz\u0103 o echip\u0103 \u0219i suntem m\u00e2ndri de progresul pe care l-am f\u0103cut \u00eempreun\u0103.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Funda\u021bia Roma Education Fund Romania a oferit 40 de burse cadrelor didactice care au urmat cursul de formare profesional\u0103 Monitorizarea riscului de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u0219colii, \u0219i care au aplicat apoi ce au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat \u00een \u0219coala \u00een care predau \u0219i, desigur, au avut rezultate foarte bune.
