C\u00e2nd constat\u0103m c\u0103 ceva nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103, am sesizat c\u0103 mai degrab\u0103 l\u0103s\u0103m lucrurile a\u0219a, s\u0103 mearg\u0103 \u00een iner\u021bie, ne resemn\u0103m f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 mai c\u0103ut\u0103m metode de redresare, de combatere a excluziunii \u0219i discrimin\u0103rii. Este inadmisibil\u0103 preluarea mecanic\u0103 a experien\u021belor interna\u021bionale \u00een domeniu f\u0103r\u0103 ca acestea s\u0103 fie analizate prin prisma condi\u021biilor social-economice \u0219i culturale ale comunit\u0103\u021bii, \u00een care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se formeze copilul cu CES. <\/p><p>Managementul diversit\u0103\u021bii \u00een \u0219coala incluziv\u0103 presupune o integrare c\u00e2t mai cuprinz\u0103toare \u0219i sistematic\u0103, \u0219i nu o integrare \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103toare &#8211; psiholog Ruxandra Folo\u015ftin\u0103.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"340\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/S-1024x340.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/S-1024x340.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/S-300x100.jpg 300w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/S-768x255.jpg 768w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/S-1536x511.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/S.jpg 1769w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Fotografie din arhiva personal\u0103 a Ruxandrei Folo\u0219tin\u0103<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Am observat c\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia c\u00e2nd spui copii cu CES toat\u0103 lumea se g\u00e2nde\u0219te doar la copiii cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi. \u00cen realitate, sintagma \u201dcerin\u021be educa\u021bionale speciale\u201d este mult mai cuprinz\u0103toare, incluz\u00e2nd necesit\u0103\u021bi educa\u021bionale suplimentare at\u00e2t pentru copiii cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru copiii cu tulbur\u0103ri de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare (dislexie, disgrafie, discalculie, disortografie) ori de alt\u0103 natur\u0103. Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, se uit\u0103 faptul c\u0103 \u00een Raportul OECD (2007) conceptul \u201dchildren with special needs\u201d se refer\u0103 \u0219i la copiii din medii sociale \u0219i familii defavorizate, la copiii institu\u021bionaliza\u021bi, copii ai str\u0103zii, copiii abuza\u021bi, copiii care sufer\u0103 de afec\u021biuni cronice (diabet, TBC etc.). Le-am reamintit cadrelor didactice s\u0103 nu uite de ultimele categorii de copii, pentru c\u0103 au acela\u0219i nevoi educa\u021bionale de suport ca \u0219i copiii cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi. Am eviden\u021biat prin exemple, studii de caz, jocuri \u0219i exerci\u021bii importan\u021ba promov\u0103rii respectului \u0219i a empatiei \u00een \u0219coal\u0103, promovarea a ceea ce se cheam\u0103 \u201dcurriculum afectiv\u201d,&nbsp; pentru c\u0103 doar sus\u021bin\u00e2nd aceste valori \u0219i&nbsp; instituind un astfel de curriculum putem preveni \u0219i controla discriminare, bullying-ul \u0219i marginalizarea pe motive ce \u021bin de statutul social, resursele financiare \u0219i poten\u021bialul intelectual &#8211; <br>Psiholog Ruxandra Folo\u015ftin\u0103 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover has-background-dim is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/1-1.png)\"><p class=\"wp-block-cover-text\"> <br><strong>Testimoniale cadre didactice<\/strong> <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Camelia Bri\u0219an, profesor de matematic\u0103 la \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 nr. 1 din G\u0103lbina\u0219i, jud. Educa\u021bia incluziv\u0103 sus\u021bine c\u0103 toti elevii pot \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba dac\u0103 au o forma de sprijin pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Am primit resurse, precum manualul de bune practici pentru copiii care sufer\u0103 deficit de aten\u021bie \u0219i hiperactivitate. Cursul este abia la \u00eenceput, dar tema este de actualitate \u0219i benefic\u0103 cadrelor didactice&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bucur Georgeta, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103toare la \u0218coala Gimnazial\u0103 nr. 1 din G\u0103lbina\u0219i, jud.
