{"id":4971,"date":"2022-09-02T13:35:57","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T11:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romaeducationfund.ro\/?p=4971"},"modified":"2022-09-02T13:35:57","modified_gmt":"2022-09-02T11:35:57","slug":"museum-of-me-boot-camp-educational-pregatim-cadre-didactice-pentru-generatia-viitorului","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roma.education\/ro\/museum-of-me-boot-camp-educational-pregatim-cadre-didactice-pentru-generatia-viitorului\/","title":{"rendered":"Museum of Me \u2013 boot camp educa\u021bional  |Preg\u0103tim cadre didactice pentru genera\u021bia viitorului"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>4 zile | 17 participan\u021bi | 10 ateliere de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen perioada 28-31 august 2022, a avut loc la Bucure\u0219ti prima edi\u021bia a boot camp-ului educa\u021bional Museum of Me, organizat de Funda\u021biile VELUX \u0219i REF, \u00een parteneriat cu Asocia\u021bia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/InfinitEdu\">InfinitEdu<\/a> \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CasaRetroSRL\">Casa Retro.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La eveniment au participat 17 tineri romi, elevi la diferite licee pedagogice din jude\u021bele Alba, Arad, Bra\u0219ov, Bac\u0103u, Caransebe\u0219, C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i, Ialomi\u021ba, Giurgiu, Prahova, Piatra Neam\u021b, Suceava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adolescen\u021bii sunt beneficiari ai Programului de Burse \u00een Pedagogie, finan\u021bat de Funda\u021biile Velux \u0219i REF, tab\u0103ra fiind una dintre activit\u0103\u021bile din acest proiect. E adev\u0103rat c\u0103 \u00eenainte de tab\u0103r\u0103, pentru c\u00e2teva s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, am avut sesiuni de training cu doamna Daniela Stoicescu, care are o abilitate extraodinar\u0103 de a te face s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi u\u0219or, \u0219i c\u0103reia \u00eei mul\u021bumesc\u201d &#8211;\u00a0 Rebeca Gheorghe, <em>alumna<\/em> Programul de Burse \u00een Pedagogie. \u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, printre trainerii acestei prime edi\u021bii s-au mai aflat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pedagogul \u0219i expertul \u00een educa\u021bie Vasile Bra\u0219ovanu, care le-a vorbit tinerilor despre <em>Jurnalul reflexiv al profesorului<\/em><\/li><li>Bianca Ceic\u0103 de la Asocia\u021bia InfinitEdu le-a povestit despre <em>Rolul unui profesor \u00een via\u021ba elevilor<\/em><\/li><li>Nicolae T\u0103t\u0103ranu de la Casa Retro le-a oferit viitoarelor cadre didactice posiblitatea de a afla detalii despre <em>\u00cenv\u0103\u021bare vizibil\u0103 &#8211; metode \u0219i tehnici pentru formarea de abilit\u0103\u021bi practice<\/em>. Casa Retro a oferit fiec\u0103rui participant la tab\u0103r\u0103 un cadou special, care con\u021binea obiecte \u0219i juc\u0103rii educative menite s\u0103-i ajute pe tineri s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i sus\u021bin\u0103 orele de curs c\u00e2t mai creativ, \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea prin joc fiind esen\u021bial\u0103.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped La finalul fiec\u0103ruia dintre cele 10 contexte de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare cursan\u021bii au reflectat \u0219i au r\u0103spuns la \u00eentrebarea: Ce am aflat despre mine \u00een timpul acestei activit\u0103\u021bi? Colec\u021bia de insight-uri ob\u021binut\u0103 la finalul taberei arat\u0103 c\u0103 scopul a fost atins. Tinerii au avut posibilitatea ca, dup\u0103 atelier, s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 pu\u021bin \u0219i Capitala pentru c\u0103 au f\u0103cut \u00eempreun\u0103 cu trainerii \u0219i organizatorii o plimbare la pas prin Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Zilele de boot camp au fost foarte intense, a\u0219a cum ne-am \u0219i propus din start. Am dorit s\u0103 oferim o perspectiv\u0103 c\u00e2t mai complex\u0103, cu o abordare dinamic\u0103, pres\u0103rat\u0103 cu note faine \u0219i creative. Ajun\u0219i la final ne-am bucurat de feedback, am deschis \u0219i o foaie cu lec\u021bii \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate inclusiv de noi, iar \u00een perioada care urmeaz\u0103 tragem linie \u0219i vedem cine va r\u0103m\u00e2ne al\u0103turi de noi \u00een sesiunile de coaching educa\u021bional, iar dac\u0103 lucrurile se vor aseza \u00een direc\u021biile pe care le avem \u00een vedere ne vom ocupa de un nou boot camp \u0219i stagii de practic\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, \u00een perioada aceasta de r\u0103gaz \u0219i analiz\u0103 pe care ne-o lu\u0103m, ne bucur\u0103m de rezultatele altei activit\u0103\u021bi muncite \u00een cele mai mici detalii &#8211; sala de clas\u0103 preg\u0103tit\u0103 de echipa REF pentru alumna Velux 1, Rebeca Gheorghe \u2013 Cristina Grigore, coordonatoarea
