Iar motivul este simplu: istoria romilor nu a fost transmis\u0103 de ei \u00een\u0219i\u0219i, ci de Ceilal\u021bi, \u00een calitatea lor de observatori.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen multe state din Europa, romii sunt atesta\u021bi documentar ca oameni liberi. \u00cen Croa\u021bia, \u00een 1462 romii sunt men\u021biona\u021bi ca oameni liberi \u00eentr-un document \u00een care un ofi\u021ber local era instruit s\u0103 returneze opt monede de argint unor romi pe nume Vlahus \u0219i Vitanus.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[2]<\/a> \u00centr-o alt\u0103 cronic\u0103, c\u0103lug\u0103rul dominican Hermann Cornerus semnala sosirea unor c\u0103l\u0103tori str\u0103ini necunoscu\u0163i \u2013 \u00een Alamania &#8211; care mergeau spre coasta german\u0103. \u00cen aceea\u015fi perioad\u0103, romii apar \u0219i \u00een Alsacia. \u00cen cronica municipal\u0103 de la Strasbourg este men\u021bionat faptul c\u0103 \u00een anul 1418 au sosit ace\u0219ti \u201ezeyginger\u201d care aveau cu ei destui bani \u015fi ,,nu ar fi f\u0103cut r\u0103u nici unei mu\u015fte.\u201d<a href=\"#_edn2\">[3]<\/a>&nbsp; \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, \u00een \u021aara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103 de la prima atestare documentar\u0103, romii apar \u00een documentele vremii ca robi\/sclavi. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 \u00een \u021aara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u0219i \u00een Moldova romii au fost sclavi timp de aproape 500 de ani este ceva de net\u0103g\u0103duit. Acest lucru nu i-a oprit pe unii istorici rom\u00e2ni s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 c\u0103 robia \u00een spa\u021biul rom\u00e2nesc a fost o binecuv\u00e2ntare pentru romi deoarece \u00een restul Europei, de\u0219i erau liberi, ei ar fi dus-o, de fapt, mult mai r\u0103u. \u00cen plus, rum\u00e2nia \u0219i vecinia, formele de servitute pentru \u021b\u0103ranul rom\u00e2n, ar fi fost cu mult mai grele dec\u00e2t sclavia romii. Probabil c\u0103 acestor istorici le este greu s\u0103 admit\u0103 c\u0103 poporul rom\u00e2n, care a fost mai mereu victim\u0103 a marilor imperii, a fost la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u un asupritor prin \u021binerea \u00een sclavie a sute de mii de romi, vreme de at\u00e2tea secole. Poate fi acesta un motiv pentru care ace\u0219ti istorici \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 pasteleze, s\u0103 ofere o form\u0103 mai uman\u0103 sclaviei, o form\u0103 de servitute care \u00eei permitea st\u0103p\u00e2nului s\u0103-i v\u00e2nd\u0103, s\u0103-i schimbe, s\u0103-i doneze, s\u0103 profite sexual de fetele rome \u00een func\u021bie de bunul plac?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest articol vom analiza diferen\u021bele dintre rum\u00e2nia\/vecinia \u021b\u0103ranului\nrom\u00e2n \u0219i sclavia romilor din \u021aara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u0219i Moldova. Am evitat, at\u00e2t c\u00e2t a\nfost posibil, citarea \u00een mod obsesiv a surselor \u0219i a citatelor \u00eentruc\u00e2t acest\narticol nu emite preten\u021bia de a fi alc\u0103tuit riguros din punct de vedere \u0219tiin\u021bific\nci, mai degrab\u0103, urmeaz\u0103 un model investigativ. Mai mult, scopul nostru nu este\nde a ar\u0103ta c\u0103 \u021b\u0103ranul rom\u00e2n tr\u0103ia cu mult mai bine dec\u00e2t romii, pentru c\u0103 cu\nsiguran\u021b\u0103 existau romi care tr\u0103iau mult mai bine ca unii rum\u00e2ni. Este clar\nfaptul c\u0103 ambele categorii sociale erau exploatate de boierime \u0219i de biseric\u0103.\nDorim s\u0103 ar\u0103t\u0103m c\u0103, la nivel general, robia chiar era pe treapta cea mai de jos\na societ\u0103\u021bii rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti \u0219i c\u0103 romii erau cei mai oropsi\u021bi dintre toate\ncategoriile sociale aflate \u00een dependen\u021b\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"807\" height=\"513\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/3.jpg 807w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/3-300x191.jpg 300w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/3-768x488.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 807px) 100vw, 807px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mici explica\u021bii asupra termenilor istorici utiliza\u021bi&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Robie sau Sclavie? <\/em>Conform lui Constantin C. Giurescu, cele dou\u0103 cuvinte desemneaz\u0103 acela\u0219i lucru, diferen\u021ba \u00eentre ele o face limba \u00een care a fost scris documentul medieval. \u00cen documentele scrise \u00een slavon\u0103, romii erau denumi\u021bi Robi. Iar \u00een documentele scrise \u00een latin\u0103, romii erau numi\u021bi Sclavi.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[4]<\/a> Din acest motiv am decis ca \u00een acest text s\u0103 folosim ambele variante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform lui Ioan Aurel Pop, termenul <em>Rum\u00e2n<\/em> vine din latinescul Romanus. Ini\u021bial to\u021bi cei din Valahia erau denumi\u021bi rum\u00e2ni. Asta p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd s-au format clasele sociale, iar <em>rum\u00e2n <\/em>a devenit termenul folosit pentru un \u021b\u0103ran dependent. Termenul <em>Vecin<\/em> vine din slavon\u0103 \u0219i&nbsp;desemna \u021b\u0103ranul rom\u00e2n din Moldova dependent de boier.<a href=\"#_edn2\">[5]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Constantin C. Giurescu sus\u021bine c\u0103 principala caracteristic\u0103 a rum\u00e2niei era dependen\u021ba fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n. Rum\u00e2nul trebuia s\u0103 asculte de domn, de boier sau de c\u0103lug\u0103rii din m\u0103n\u0103stiri. \u00cen schimbul dreptului de a tr\u0103i pe mo\u0219ia st\u0103p\u00e2nului, rum\u00e2nul din \u021aara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u0219i vecinul din Moldova aveau ca principal\u0103 obliga\u021bie s\u0103 lucreze la tot ceea ce \u00eei cerea acesta. Trebuiau, de asemenea, s\u0103-i ofere dijm\u0103 din produsele c\u00e2mpului \u0219i s\u0103-i pl\u0103teasc\u0103 d\u0103ri pentru vitele pe care le cre\u0219teau.<a href=\"#_edn3\">[6]<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce a \u00eensemnat robia \u00een spa\u021biul rom\u00e2nesc? Conform lui Viorel Achim, \u00een studiul s\u0103u ,,\u021aiganii \u00een istoria Rom\u00e2niei\u201d, \u00een organizarea social\u0103 a \u021a\u0103rilor Rom\u00e2ne, robii formau o categorie aparte. Printre to\u021bi oamenii care NU erau liberi, robii se aflau pe treapta cea mai de jos a societ\u0103\u021bii. Ceea ce le definea condi\u021bia social\u0103 era nu doar lipsa libert\u0103\u021bii personale, ci faptul c\u0103 ei nu aveau personalitate juridic\u0103.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[7]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Robul era \u00eentru totul\nproprietatea st\u0103p\u00e2nului s\u0103u, figura \u00eentre bunurile mi\u0219c\u0103toare ale acestuia. St\u0103p\u00e2nul\nputea dispune de robul s\u0103u dup\u0103 bunul plac. \u00cel punea la munc\u0103. \u00cel putea vinde\nsau schimba cu un alt bun. \u00cel folosea la plata unei datorii. \u00cel l\u0103sa mo\u0219tenire.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"816\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5164\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/10.jpg 816w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/10-300x196.jpg 300w, https:\/\/roma.education\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/10-768x502.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 816px) 100vw, 816px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diferen\u021bele \u0219i asem\u0103n\u0103rile dintre\ncele dou\u0103 forme de servitute: sclavia \u0219i rum\u00e2nia din \u021aara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 sau vecinia\ndin Moldova<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>At\u00e2t rum\u00e2nia\/vecinia,\nc\u00e2t \u0219i sclavia se transmiteau urma\u0219ilor<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 rum\u00e2nia\/vecinia era mo\u0219tenit\u0103 doar pe linie patern\u0103, sclavia se transmitea pe ambele linii, matern\u0103 \u0219i patern\u0103. Ce \u00een\u021belegem prin asta? Femeile rum\u00e2nilor nu \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219eau aceea\u0219i soart\u0103 cu b\u0103rba\u021bii lor, ele nefiind rum\u00e2nce. De exemplu, dac\u0103 un rum\u00e2n putea face dovada faptului c\u0103 mama sa nu era c\u0103s\u0103torit\u0103 c\u00e2nd l-a n\u0103scut, atunci el sc\u0103pa, el era un om liber. Acest argument l-a adus \u0219i Tudor a lui Stan din satul G\u0103v\u0103ne\u0219tii de Sus, jude\u021bul Buz\u0103u, c\u00e2nd a dorit s\u0103 scape de rum\u00e2nia pe care episcopia Buz\u0103ului a revendicat-o asupra satului \u00een care s-a n\u0103scut, inclusiv asupra sa.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[8]<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fie c\u0103 discut\u0103m de eliberare din rum\u00e2nie sau slobozire cum se zicea \u00een acea vreme, fie c\u0103 vorbim de ,,punere \u00een rum\u00e2nie\u201d, toate aceste lucruri vizau doar partea masculin\u0103. De exemplu, c\u00e2nd Stanciu \u0219i Dumitru din Baia s-au hot\u0103r\u00e2t s\u0103 elibereze din rum\u00e2nie pe Oprea \u0219i pe Ivan, ace\u0219tia s-au referit doar la b\u0103rba\u021bii din familie, ,,ei \u0219i feciorii lor c\u00e2\u021bi Dumnezeu le va da<a href=\"#_edn1\">[9]<\/a>\u201d. La fel s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd \u0218erban din Sl\u0103nic a hot\u0103r\u00e2t s\u0103 se v\u00e2nd\u0103 spre rum\u00e2nie vistierului Stroe: ,<em>,s\u0103 se \u0219tie c\u0103 m-am v\u00e2ndut dumnealui, eu \u0219i cu feciorii miei c\u00e2\u021bi avem \u0219i c\u00e2\u021bi dumnezeu ne va da<\/em><a href=\"#_edn2\">[10]<\/a>\u201d. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te sclavia romilor, ea s-a transmis \u0219i asupra femeilor,\nacestea ap\u0103r\u00e2nd singure sau al\u0103turi de so\u021bii lor \u00een momentul unei v\u00e2nz\u0103ri sau\ndona\u021bii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>,,Iar\u0103\u0219i a \u00eent\u0103rit domnia mea slugii domniei mele, P\u0103tra\u0219co paharnic \u0219i fratelui s\u0103u, Giura logof\u0103t, o \u021biganc\u0103, anume Stana, de la Tudosie, fiul lui Stoica din Ohab\u0103, pentru 18 unghi aspri&#8230;\u201d<a href=\"#_edn1\"><strong>[11]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Obliga\u021biile fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rum\u00e2nii sau vecinii aveau trei obliga\u021bii principale fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2nii lor: g\u0103leata, datul (dijma) \u0219i lucrul. Conform tradi\u021biei, dijma (obliga\u021bia) reprezenta a zecea parte din produsele pe care le recolta \u021b\u0103ranul rom\u00e2n, cu excep\u021bia legumelor sau fructelor din gr\u0103din\u0103, destinate consumului propriu. Ca form\u0103 de excep\u021bie de la aceast\u0103 regul\u0103, la porumb se practica datul a opt \u0219tiule\u021bi de porumb la pogon, iar la vie se d\u0103dea o vadr\u0103 (zece litri) de vin din 20. \u021a\u0103ranii mai aveau obliga\u021bia s\u0103 transporte produsele datorate la casa st\u0103p\u00e2nului.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[12]<\/a> Existau \u0219i multe abuzuri din partea boierilor asupra \u021baranilor, ace\u0219tia fiind obliga\u021bi s\u0103 munceasc\u0103 cu mult mai mult dec\u00e2t prevedea cutuma locului care \u021binea loc de lege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la jum\u0103tatea secolului XVIII-lea \u00eendatoririle sclavilor romi variau \u00een\nfunc\u021bie de st\u0103p\u00e2nul pe care \u00eel aveau. De exemplu, robii domne\u0219ti, \u00een schimbul\nunei d\u0103ri anuale, care era de doi galbeni, conform lui Viorel Achim, puteau s\u0103\numble liberi prin \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i practice meseria. De regul\u0103 c\u0103ld\u0103rarii, aurarii\nsau zl\u0103tarii beneficiau de acest ,,lux\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce-i prive\u0219te pe robii particulari sau ai m\u0103n\u0103stirilor, obliga\u021biile lor fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n erau fixate conform unui drept nescris, o norm\u0103 care era transmis\u0103 prin tradi\u021bie. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 obliga\u021biile fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n, robii particulari erau pu\u0219i de c\u0103tre domnie uneori s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 m\u0103car par\u021bial anumite sume de bani sau s\u0103 presteze diferite munci.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[13]<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Moldova, \u00een anul 1646, <em>Cartea rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tur\u0103<\/em> stabilea pentru \u00eent\u00e2ia oar\u0103 drepturile \u015fi obliga\u0163iile sclavilor romi. Astfel, robul care era cump\u0103rat, donat sau schimbat avea datoria s\u0103-\u015fi ajute st\u0103p\u00e2nul. \u00cen cazul \u00een care nu se supunea, trebuia s\u0103 suporte consecin\u0163ele. St\u0103p\u00e2nul putea s\u0103 impun\u0103 o pedeaps\u0103 sclavului s\u0103u care trebuia aplicat\u0103 ,,cu m\u0103sur\u0103\u201d, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 a avea drept de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de moarte asupra acestuia. Jup\u00e2ni\u021ba Marica a dep\u0103\u0219it aceast\u0103 limit\u0103 \u0219i a omor\u00e2t doi copii de romi. Acest lucru a atras indignarea domnului \u0219i a boierilor \u0219i a judecat-o pe boieroaic\u0103 care, \u00een cele din urm\u0103, a sc\u0103pat f\u0103r\u0103 nicio pedeaps\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen jurnalul s\u0103u de c\u0103l\u0103torie din \u021aara Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, Robert Walsh nota \u00een 1824 despre romi c\u0103 ,<em>,\u0219i a\u0219a de mare este degradarea la care au fost du\u0219i, \u00eenc\u00e2t dac\u0103 unul dintre ei este omor\u00e2t de st\u0103p\u00e2nul s\u0103u, nu se mai d\u0103 nici o aten\u021bie acestui fapt; dac\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 a fost omor\u00e2t de un str\u0103in, moartea sa este pl\u0103tit\u0103 cu o amend\u0103 de optzeci de florini\u201d<\/em>.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[14]<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Femeile \u0219i obliga\u021biile pe care le aveau fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dup\u0103 cum am ar\u0103tat mai sus,\nrum\u00e2nia sau vecinia se transmiteau numai pe linie b\u0103rb\u0103teasc\u0103, femeia\nne\u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219ind soarta b\u0103rbatului, ea nefiind rum\u00e2nc\u0103. Acest fapt nu se aplica \u0219i\n\u00een cazul femeilor rome, ele fiind \u00een stare de sclavie individual sau al\u0103turi de\nso\u021bii lor. So\u021bia unui rum\u00e2n nu avea nici o obliga\u021bie fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n, dar nu\nputem spune acela\u0219i lucru \u0219i despre so\u021bia unui rob. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>,,Ei \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103, c\u0103 vecinii, fereasc\u0103 D-zeu, nu sunt robi, numai \u021biganii sunt robi \u00een Moldova, care cu femeile \u0219i copii lor slujesc, \u00een toate zilele, pe st\u0103p\u00e2nii lor. C\u00e2t despre vecini, ei sunt s\u0103teni mijloca\u0219i, f\u0103r\u0103 de mo\u0219ie, care slujesc ca \u0219i l\u0103turalnicii, pe c\u00e2nd femeile lor stau acas\u0103, nimeni cer\u00e2ndu-le vre-un serviciu.\u201d<a href=\"#_edn1\"><strong>[15]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Femeia rom\u0103 avea obliga\u021bia s\u0103 munceasc\u0103 al\u0103turi de so\u021bul\nei sau singur\u0103 pentru st\u0103p\u00e2nul pe care \u00eel avea. Din nefericire, obliga\u021biile pe\ncare femeile rome le aveau fa\u021b\u0103 de st\u0103p\u00e2n nu se limitau doar la treburile\ngospod\u0103re\u0219ti. Dintre drepturile boierilor asupra roabelor nu au lipsit nici\ncele cu caracter sexual. Despre privilegiile sexuale exercitate de boieri\nasupra roabelor rome ne vorbe\u0219te academicianul Andrei Oi\u0219teanu \u00eentr-un studiu\nde-al s\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<em>,,\u021aiganii v\u0103tra\u0219i nu cuno\u0219teau alt\u0103 lege dec\u00eet bunul plac al st\u0103p\u00e2nului, care nu se sfia s\u0103-i smulg\u0103 so\u021bului so\u021bia, s\u0103 ia mama de l\u00e2ng\u0103 copii ei \u0219i s\u0103 profite de fata t\u00een\u0103r\u0103 c\u00e2nd i-o cerea interesul sau d\u0103str\u0103b\u0103larea\u201d.<a href=\"#_edn1\"><strong>[16]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 dovezi care atest\u0103 numeroase cazuri de viol \u0219i \u00een\nr\u00e2ndul so\u021biilor rum\u00e2nilor sau vecinilor. Diferen\u021ba dintre cele dou\u0103 situa\u021bii\nera dat\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 pentru femeile rome violul a devenit at\u00e2t de \u201cnormal\u201d \u00een mentalul colectiv\n\u00eenc\u00e2t romii credeau c\u0103 este un lucru absolut firesc ca boierul s\u0103 profite de\nfetele din familiile lor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <em>,,&#8230;Chiar \u0219i v\u0103taful \u021biganilor era uimit de re\u021binerea acestuia: Atuncea pentru ce mai e\u0219ti boir&#8230;dac\u0103 nu uzezi de privilegiile sexuale.\u201d<\/em> <a href=\"#_edn1\">[17]<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. V\u00e2nzarea\nde copii&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre deosebire de rum\u00e2ni sau vecini ai c\u0103ror copii nu erau v\u00e2ndu\u021bi \u0219i nici desp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi de familiile lor<strong>, <\/strong>v\u00e2nzarea de copii romi, separarea lor de p\u0103rin\u021bii lor a fost o realitate istoric\u0103. \u00cen aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie s-a aflat \u0219i copilul rom pe nume Cr\u0103ciun care, \u00een trei zile, a ajuns s\u0103 fie v\u00e2ndut de trei ori. La r\u00e2ndul lui, postelnicul P\u0103tra\u0219co \u0219i fratele s\u0103u Pan\u0103 au v\u00e2ndut pe copilul Stoica postelnicului Marco pentru suma de 3500 de bani.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[18]<\/a> V\u00e2nzarea de copiii \u00een Moldova s-a \u00eencheiat abia \u00een 1766, c\u00e2nd domnitorul moldovean Grigore Ghica a legiferat c\u0103 ,,de azi \u00eenainte \u00eemp\u0103r\u021beala de copii de \u021bigani s\u0103 nu mai fie\u201d.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.\nRum\u00e2nii puteau de\u021bine sclavi \u00eens\u0103 robii nu puteau de\u021bine rum\u00e2ni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider c\u0103 cea mai important\u0103 diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre rum\u00e2nie\/vecinie \u0219i sclavie\neste dreptul de proprietate a unuia asupra celuilalt. Astfel, rum\u00e2nii puteau\nde\u021bine robi, \u00eens\u0103 sclavii nu puteau de\u021bine rum\u00e2ni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rum\u00e2nii se puteau slobozi (a se elibera din rum\u00e2nie) d\u00e2nd la schimb un sclav, pe c\u00e2nd sclavii romi nu se puteau elibera din robie d\u00e2nd la schimb un rum\u00e2n. Pe 7 august 1645, Popa \u0218erban din Dr\u0103goie\u0219ti jude\u021bul Ilfov \u00eempreun\u0103 cu fiii s\u0103i s-au r\u0103scump\u0103rat din rum\u00e2nie de la m\u0103n\u0103stirea Snagov d\u00e2nd la schimbi doi robi romi.<a href=\"#_edn1\">[19]<\/a> La r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, Mihai, fiul lui Radu din S\u00e2rbi, s-a eliberat din rum\u00e2nie de la m\u0103n\u0103stirea C\u00e2mpulung d\u00e2nd la schimb o roab\u0103 pe nume Ana.<a href=\"#_edn2\">[20]<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\u00cen concluzie, ceea ce dorim s\u0103 subliniem este c\u0103\nsclavia romilor a fost mai dur\u0103 ca rum\u00e2nia sau vecinia. Bine\u00een\u021beles, opiniile\nnoastre nu pot avea un caracter absolut, nu putem afirma c\u0103 to\u021bi robii din\nspa\u021biul rom\u00e2nesc tr\u0103iau mai prost ca rum\u00e2nii sau vecinii.
