Mure\u0219. Activit\u0103\u021bile sunt parte a\nproiectului \u201cEduca\u021bie Egal\u0103 \u2013 \u00cempreun\u0103 pentru copii\u201d (SIPOCA 898\/MySMIS2014+\n150220), implementat de Funda\u021bia REF Romania, \u00een calitate de solicitant, \u00een\nparteneriat asociativ cu Prim\u0103ria Gorne\u0219ti \u0219i \u015ecoala Gimnazial\u0103 \u201eTeleki\nDomokos\u201d, jud. Mure\u0219. Este cofinan\u021bat din Fondul Social European prin Programul\nOpera\u021bional Capacitate Administrativ\u0103 2014-2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grupul de lucru are rol activ \u00een procesul de identificare \u0219i evaluare a nevoilor locale \u0219i sprjin\u0103 dezvoltarea \u0219i implementarea mecanismelor de consultare a autorit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i institu\u021biilor publice, precum \u0219i a cet\u0103\u021benilor, \u00een elaborarea politicilor \u0219i strategiilor la nivel local. Mai mult, GCE urm\u0103re\u0219te identificarea unor solu\u021bii de preg\u0103tire educa\u0163ional\u0103 \u00een comunitatea \u0219colar\u0103 \u015fi g\u0103sirea unor solu\u0163ii la nivel local pentru satisfacerea nevoilor respective. Grupul este format din reprezentan\u021bi ai autorit\u0103\u021bilor publice locale, ONG-uri din regiune, reprezentan\u021bi ai \u0219colii, cet\u0103\u021beni, al\u021bi actori sociali relevan\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe 28 aprilie a avut loc evaluarea cursului de Capacitare \u00een Domeniul Monitoriz\u0103rii Riscului de P\u0103r\u0103sire Timpurie a \u0218colii &#8211; Activit\u0103\u021bi Practice \u0219i Instrumente Inovative, av\u00e2ndu-l ca formator pe Claudiu Ivan, sociolog \u00een cadrul funda\u021biei noastre. La cursul care a avut 70 de ore au participat peste 26 de persoane din Gorne\u0219ti, Beica de Jos, Deaj \u0219i Ernei, to\u021bi fiind membri ai organiza\u021biilor non-guvernamentale. Am comunicat deschis despre dificult\u0103\u021bile pe care le \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 \u00een lupta cu abandonul \u0219colar \u0219i am identificat posibile solu\u021bii \u0219i resurse utile. Recuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 pentru efortul lor de zi cu zi pentru a nu l\u0103sa \u00een urm\u0103 pe nimeni!\u201d \u2013 Daniela Stoicescu, expert educa\u021bional REF.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temele abordate \u00een cadrul \u00eent\u00e2lnirilor care au avut loc \u00een perioada martie-aprilie 2023 au fost:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rolul societ\u0103\u021bii civile \u00een elaborarea politicilor educa\u021bionale relevante, pentru reducerea p\u0103r\u0103sirii timpurie a \u0219colii este extrem de important, la fel \u0219i promovarea bunelor practici;<\/li><li>Actorii relevan\u021bi \u00een interven\u021biile de control \u0219i reducere a fenomenului de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u0219colii, roluri \u0219i raporturi cu contextul institu\u021bional;<\/li><li>Rolul beneficiarilor educa\u021biei \u00een manifestarea \u0219i controlul fenomenului de p\u0103r\u0103sire timpurie a \u0219colii (familie, elevi, comunitate);<\/li><li>Norme sociale \u0219i valori \u00een raport cu fenomenul p\u0103r\u0103sirii timpurii a \u0219colii trebuie formulate \u0219i aplicate de \u00eendat\u0103;<\/li><li>Bullying-ul reprezint\u0103 un act de violen\u021b\u0103, fizic\u0103, verbal\u0103 \u0219i psihic\u0103, care este voit, repetitiv \u0219i \u00eentotdeauna decurge dintr-o diferen\u021b\u0103 de putere;<\/li><li>\u0218coala este mediul propice pentru desc\u0103rcarea de frustr\u0103ri, pentru c\u0103 aici copilul \u00ee\u0219i poate manifesta lupta pentru putere; \u00cen \u0219coal\u0103, copilul caut\u0103 un individ mai slab dec\u00e2t el \u0219i \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103-l domine \u0219i prin intermediul lui s\u0103 scape de problemele sale (love\u0219te, scoate \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 defectele fizice, jigne\u0219te \u0219i pune diverse porecle);<\/li><li>Un sprijin real \u00een \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea rela\u0163iei dintre p\u0103rinte \u015fi copil, p\u0103rinte \u015fi cadru didactic, copil \u0219coal\u0103, copil\/elev educa\u021bie;<\/li><li>Parteneriatele dintre \u0219coal\u0103, familii \u0219i comunitate pot ajuta profesorii \u00een munca lor, pentru perfec\u0163ionarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fcolare ale elevilor;<\/li><li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea programelor de studiu \u0219i a climatului \u015fcolar precum \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor educa\u0163ionale ale p\u0103rin\u0163ilor;<\/li><li>Dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor de lideri ale p\u0103rin\u0163ilor, conectarea familiilor cu membrii \u015fcolii \u0219i ai comunit\u0103\u0163ii, stimularea serviciul comunit\u0103\u021bii \u00een folosul \u015fcolilor;<\/li><li>Oferirea de servicii \u015fi suport familiilor, crearea unui mediu mai sigur \u00een \u015fcoli;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La discu\u021biile facilitate de prof.
