Cuza&#8221; Podu Iloaiei, Ia\u0219i <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Educa\u021bia nonformal\u0103\u00a0este parte a procesului fundamental de promovare a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii pe tot parcursul vie\u0163ii (Lifelong Learning Process), considerat\u0103 ca fiind partea esen\u0163ial\u0103 a educa\u0163iei. Cursul la care am participat cu entuziasm a pus accent pe importan\u0163a \u00eencuraj\u0103rii progresului acestui tip de educa\u021bie oferind informa\u0163ii \u015fi exemple de bun\u0103 practic\u0103, metode utile, eficiente \u00een formarea de competen\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u0163i, acumularea de experien\u0163e \u015fi cuno\u015ftin\u0163e. Formatorii au \u00eencurajat promovarea valorilor precum cet\u0103\u0163enia activ\u0103, drepturile omului, toleran\u0163\u0103, dreptate social\u0103, dialogul \u00eentre genera\u0163ii, pace \u015fi \u00een\u0163elegere intercultural\u0103, educa\u021bia nonformal\u0103 fiind\u00a0recunoscut\u0103 ca un r\u0103spuns puternic \u015fi de calitate la diferite necesit\u0103\u0163i ale omului modern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dezb\u0103t\u00e2nd informa\u021biile prezentante \u0219i corel\u00e2nd cu experien\u021bele la catedr\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219ite de colegii de la curs, am concluzionat c\u0103 educa\u0163ia nonformal\u0103 este un act complementar al educa\u0163iei formale \u015fi informale. Aceasta se realizeaz\u0103 \u00een familie, \u00een \u0219coal\u0103, prin activit\u0103\u021bi de parteneriat cu diferite institu\u0163ii sociale \u015fi culturale, comunitatea local\u0103 sau societatea civil\u0103. Activit\u0103\u021bile nonformale constituie imboldul ce motiveaz\u0103 \u0219i mobilizeaz\u0103 actul \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii, responsabilizeaz\u0103, valorizeaz\u0103 \u0219i angajeaz\u0103 elevul \u00een ac\u021biuni atractive, eficiente, diversificate ce contribuie la dezvoltarea sa personal\u0103, fiind cuprinse \u00een planuri \u015fi programe flexibile, diferite de \u201e\u00eencorset\u0103rile&#8221; educa\u0163iei formale. Acestea permit cre\u015fterea gradului de individualizare a educa\u0163iei c\u00e2t \u015fi formarea unor competen\u0163e complementare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen plus, pe parcursul cursului am cunoscut oameni motiva\u021bi \u0219i dedica\u021bi profesiei, iubitori de copii, cu dorin\u021b\u0103 de a stimula \u0219i implica din ce \u00een ce mai mul\u021bi profesori \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi ce ajut\u0103 elevul &#8220;a se descoperi&#8221;, a se manifesta \u0219i exprima liber, a-\u0219i exprima p\u0103rerile, a se manifesta f\u0103r\u0103 teama de a fi notat. Am apreciat dezinvoltura \u0219i implicarea dnei Simona Sotirescu, dar \u0219i priceperea dlui Ionu\u021b Bolog \u00een a ne ini\u021bia \u00een utilizarea aplica\u021biilor care faciliteaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea online: Google forms, Kahoot, LearningApss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Dac\u0103 dore\u0219ti un an de bel\u0219ug, cultiv\u0103 cereale, dac\u0103 dore\u0219ti zece ani de prosperitate, planeaz\u0103 copaci, dac\u0103 dore\u0219ti o sut\u0103 de ani de prosperitate, cre\u0219te oameni! Metodele \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate \u00een cadrul cursului de educa\u021bie nonformal\u0103 sunt instrumente necesare pentru a dezvolta \u00een continuare abilit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i aptitudini (\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare prin practic\u0103). Datorit\u0103 capacit\u0103\u021bii de a transmite valori \u0219i de a crea atitudini pozitive \u00een mod eficient \u0219i durabil, are loc \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt o cre\u0219tere a importan\u021bei \u0219i a valorii formative a activit\u0103\u021bilor de educa\u021bie nonformal\u0103, aceste activit\u0103\u021bi noi contribuind la dezvoltarea personal\u0103 \u0219i social\u0103 a elevilor \u015fi la dezvoltarea sentimentului apartenen\u021bei la comunitatea local\u0103, na\u021bional\u0103 \u015fi european\u0103. Nonformalul ofer\u0103 un c\u00e2mp motiva\u0163ional mai larg \u015fi mai deschis procesului de formare-dezvoltare a personalit\u0103\u0163ii elevului, av\u00e2nd o capacitate rapid\u0103 de receptare a tuturor influen\u0163elor pedagogice informale, aflate, altfel, \u00eentr-o expansiune cantitativ\u0103 greu controlabil\u0103 &#8211; prof. drd. Anamaria Burada.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Cursul <em>Educa\u021bia nonformal\u0103 pentru o \u0219coal\u0103 Altfel<\/em> este o poart\u0103 larg deschis\u0103 profesorului de azi. Consider c\u0103 lucrurile pe care le-am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat urm\u00e2nd acest curs sunt utile prin actualitatea contextului \u00een care ne afl\u0103m. Printre punctele forte ale cursului, pot men\u021biona claritatea comunic\u0103rii, empatia \u0219i relevan\u021ba informa\u021biei. Gra\u021bie acestui curs, mi-am \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u00a0cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te Tipologia parteneriatelor educa\u021bionale nonformale\u00a0\u0219i utilizarea TIC\u00a0 \u00een proiectarea \u0219i evaluarea activit\u0103\u021bilor educa\u021bionale formale \u0219i nonformale. Apreciez c\u0103\u00a0fac parte din grupul de profesori care au beneficiat de privilegiul de a fi cursan\u021bi ai REF Rom\u00e2nia&#8221; &#8211; profesor Violeta Vod\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Cursul de educa\u021bie nonformal\u0103 a fost foarte interesant.
