Monica is a graduate of the master’s degree “Public policies in social assistance” and has been active in the NGO sector since 2006, coordinating programs and projects regarding the improvement of access to education for Roma children, increasing the access to social services of Roma communities, empowering members of Roma communities in the relationship with local authorities, civic education of young Roma, etc. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Roma Education Fund Romania team, being involved in integrated educational projects for Roma students and parents, financed from non-refundable funds.
