T\u00e1to najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia a najmlad\u0161ia etnick\u00e1 men\u0161ina na kontinente, na ktor\u00fa sa \u010dasto nazer\u00e1 cez prizmu soci\u00e1lneho zabezpe\u010denia, predstavuje presved\u010div\u00fa pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 pre strategick\u00e9 verejn\u00e9 invest\u00edcie, zmenu paradigmy, ktor\u00e1 by mohla prospie\u0165 nielen r\u00f3mskym komunit\u00e1m, ale aj posilni\u0165 eur\u00f3pske hospod\u00e1rstva ako celok. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>R\u00f3msky vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed fond je inici\u00e1torom tejto zmeny perspekt\u00edvy v r\u00e1mci svojho strategick\u00e9ho piliera Zru\u010dnosti a zamestnanos\u0165. Tento inovat\u00edvny pr\u00edstup uzn\u00e1va, \u017ee vzdelanie spolu s pevn\u00fdmi cestami k zamestnaniu je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k uvo\u013eneniu ekonomickej sily r\u00f3mskej popul\u00e1cie. Nejde len o filantropick\u00e9 \u00fasilie, ale o strategick\u00fa invest\u00edciu do bud\u00facej pracovnej sily v Eur\u00f3pe, \u010do je v\u00edzia, ktor\u00fa zdie\u013ea aj sie\u0165 R\u00f3mskej nad\u00e1cie pre Eur\u00f3pu.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00fd cie\u013e je jasn\u00fd: ekonomicky posilni\u0165 postavenie R\u00f3mov prostredn\u00edctvom komplexn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania, cielenej odbornej pr\u00edpravy a zmyslupln\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed. Tento ambici\u00f3zny pilier bude p\u00f4sobi\u0165 v krajin\u00e1ch siete REF aj mimo nej s konkr\u00e9tnym cie\u013eom podpori\u0165 zamestnanie 10 000 R\u00f3mov do roku 2033. <\/p>\n\n<p>Na dosiahnutie tohto cie\u013ea u\u017e prebieha nieko\u013eko k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch iniciat\u00edv:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie a pr\u00edprava (OVP) prisp\u00f4soben\u00e9 po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m trhu pr\u00e1ce. Ke\u010f\u017ee REF uzn\u00e1va potrebu relevantn\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed, akt\u00edvne podporuje programy zvy\u0161ovania a pre\u0161ko\u013eovania kvalifik\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby sp\u013a\u0148ali s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 a bud\u00face potreby eur\u00f3pskych zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa vyv\u00edja \u00fasilie o priame prepojenie r\u00f3mskych uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie s vo\u013en\u00fdmi pracovn\u00fdmi miestami, \u010d\u00edm sa odstra\u0148uj\u00fa prek\u00e1\u017eky vstupu na trh pr\u00e1ce a podporuje sa za\u010dlenenie do pracovnej sily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REF a jej partneri sa akt\u00edvne zap\u00e1jaj\u00fa do verejnej diskusie s cie\u013eom presadzova\u0165 politiky, ktor\u00e9 u\u013eah\u010duj\u00fa masov\u00e9 zamestn\u00e1vanie R\u00f3mov, najm\u00e4 na dobre platen\u00fdch poz\u00edci\u00e1ch vo verejnom sektore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REF vytv\u00e1ra spojenectv\u00e1 so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013emi, zdru\u017eeniami zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov, \u0161pecializovan\u00fdmi in\u0161tit\u00faciami zamestnanosti a \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi zainteresovan\u00fdmi stranami s cie\u013eom vytvori\u0165 udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 pr\u00edle\u017eitosti pre R\u00f3mov. Pripravuj\u00fa sa aj spolo\u010dn\u00e9 projekty s medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdmi organiz\u00e1ciami s cie\u013eom roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 tieto pr\u00edle\u017eitosti na \u010fal\u0161ie zranite\u013en\u00e9 soci\u00e1lne skupiny. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Tieto iniciat\u00edvy predstavuj\u00fa hmatate\u013en\u00fd posun smerom k vn\u00edmaniu r\u00f3mskej popul\u00e1cie ako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9ho a do zna\u010dnej miery nevyu\u017eit\u00e9ho akt\u00edva.
