Po \u0161tyroch mesiacoch sa za\u010dala venova\u0165 posil\u0148ovaniu zamestnate\u013enosti r\u00f3mskej ml\u00e1de\u017ee. Pred n\u00e1stupom do REF Marijana dva roky z\u00edskavala cenn\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti ako majite\u013eka mal\u00e9ho podniku. Jej podnikanie bolo zameran\u00e9 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na ve\u013ekoobchod a udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie druhotn\u00fdch surov\u00edn, pri\u010dom hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom bolo zlep\u0161i\u0165 spolo\u010densk\u00fa integr\u00e1ciu r\u00f3mskych jednotlivcov prostredn\u00edctvom zamestnania. Plynule hovor\u00ed srbsk\u00fdm, anglick\u00fdm, franc\u00fazskym a rumunsk\u00fdm jazykom.
