V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je doktorandom na Univerzite Komensk\u00e9ho v Bratislave, kde sk\u00fama soci\u00e1lne inov\u00e1cie ako prostriedok na za\u010dlenenie marginalizovan\u00fdch komun\u00edt do procesu ekologickej transform\u00e1cie. Viktor sa takmer desa\u0165 rokov venoval ter\u00e9nnej soci\u00e1lnej pr\u00e1ci v marginalizovan\u00fdch r\u00f3mskych komunit\u00e1ch a m\u00e1 bohat\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti s fundraisingom, advok\u00e1ciou a sprostredkovan\u00edm grantov, pri\u010dom viac ako desa\u0165 rokov spolupracoval s R\u00f3mskym vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edm fondom. V minulosti p\u00f4sobil ako poradca prezidenta Slovenskej republiky.
