Vy\u0161tudoval Fakultu verejnej spr\u00e1vy na N\u00e1rodnej \u0161kole politick\u00fdch a administrat\u00edvnych \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed (NSPAS) a chyst\u00e1 sa dokon\u010di\u0165 magistersk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadium r\u00f3mskych \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed na tej istej in\u0161tit\u00facii. Adrian pracuje v R\u00f3mskom vzdel\u00e1vacom fonde (REF) od roku 2015, pri\u010dom za\u010d\u00ednal ako v\u00fdskumn\u00fd asistent a potom bol pov\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd na asistenta mana\u017e\u00e9ra a asistenta monitorovania.
