Okrem toho jej odborn\u00e9 znalosti siahaj\u00fa do oblasti komunitn\u00e9ho rozvoja a mobiliza\u010dn\u00fdch iniciat\u00edv zameran\u00fdch na posilnenie in\u0161titucion\u00e1lnych kapac\u00edt a podporu partnerstiev s cie\u013eom zlep\u0161i\u0165 celkov\u00fd stav a vn\u00edmanie r\u00f3mskej komunity.<br\/>Monica z\u00edskala titul na Fakulte soci\u00e1lnej pr\u00e1ce a svoju kvalifik\u00e1ciu si \u010falej posilnila magistersk\u00fdm titulom v oblasti verejnej politiky v soci\u00e1lnej pr\u00e1ci. Najm\u00e4 p\u00f4sobila ako koordin\u00e1torka programov komunitn\u00e9ho rozvoja a posil\u0148ovania postavenia r\u00f3mskych komun\u00edt na \u00farovni okresu Bihor.
