Adrian Tabă, Administrative Officer | REF Romania
Adrian Taba has over 10 years of professional experience in Romania’s non-governmental sector, including 5 years as a Project Coordinator, 3 years as a Project Assistant, 1 year as a Monitoring Assistant, 1 year as a Research Assistant, and 2 years of volunteer work. He graduated from the Faculty of Public Administration at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (NSPAS) and is set to complete his MA in Roma Studies from the same institution. Adrian has been with the Roma Education Fund (REF) since 2015, starting as a Research Assistant before being promoted to Assistant Manager & Monitoring Assistant. From 2017 to 2022, he coordinated the Velux project, and since 2023, he has been working as a Management Consultant, focusing on education services, particularly for secondary and tertiary education.
