If your company did not fully allocate its sponsorship budget in 2025, you can now redirect the remaining amount to Roma Education Fund Romania through Form D177. This is not an additional donation. It is a portion of the tax already owed to the state, which you can choose to direct toward the education of vulnerable children.

How It Works, in 4 Simple Steps

  1. Complete the sponsorship agreement and sign it electronically – DOWNLOAD SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

2. Download and complete Form D177 HERE

3. Submit the Form to ANAF by June 25, 2026. The declaration can be submitted online or physically, according to ANAF procedures.

4. ANAF transfers the amount directly to the bank account of Roma Education Fund Romania within approximately 45 days.

You can redirect 3.5% of your personal income tax to Roma Education Fund Romania. This does not involve any additional payment from you. It is a portion of your income tax already allocated to the state, which you can choose to direct toward education. If you do not complete the form, the amount remains in the state budget. If you do, it supports vulnerable children and inclusive education programs.
