Dragana Rajic, Financial Manager | REF Romania

Dragana Rajic brings extensive expertise in project management/finance management of international development, humanitarian aid, disaster relief and media sectors, and in civil society/non-profit organization management and capacity building. The past 15 years Dragana Rajic has worked intensively with vulnerable groups, primarily Roma. Through her engagement for all organizational segments in the CSO sector, Dragana has gained a holistic and well-rounded insight of skills and processes needed for the successful long-term impact of complex development projects, and non-profit projects and provides those skills in project management, services and training. In addition to the title of Agricultural Engineer, Dragana continued her education at specialist programs at the Vienna University of Business and Economics within the Social Innovations and Management program, as well as at the University of Novi Sad at the Management of regional development through EU funds program. Among Dragana’s key competencies are – project and program finance management, project cycle management, preparation and writing of proposals and budgeting, management and monitoring of grants and contracts, as well as intensive knowledge of EU/IPA/PRAG/DG DEVCO/DG NEAR procedures
