Ider ȘTEFAN, researcher | REF Romania

Ider Nicolae Ștefan is a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest. Ider holds a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in trauma psychology from the same institution. His research interests include parenthood, schema theory, and the impact of traumatic historical events on individuals and communities. Ider has authored educational games, authored and co-authored scientific articles.
Within REF Romania, his work involves researching implementation needs for projects that require a holistic approach. Beyond exploratory studies, impact and effect analysis, the development and integration of instruments constitutes another essential component of his activity, as well as creating theoretical linkages between already validated frameworks and the local context. In particular, his research experience is more comprehensive, encompassing aspects of, mental health, as well as group dynamics.
