Marina SAVKOVIC, Director Skills and Employment

Marina Savković has been working as a development expert and university lecturer for 20 years. In her role as an academic and career advisor, she has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of young people, helping them navigate their path to educational success, economic empowerment, and the effective utilization of their talents in the labour market. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management.
Marina strongly believes that the systems of the future should be inclusive, flexible, resilient, and tailored to the genuine needs of local communities. Committed to embracing diversity and supporting continuous social and economic change toward equality and sustainable development, she has worked as an expert in economic inclusion, employment, and public policy for numerous international organizations, including OSF, UNDP, GIZ, EBRD, and RFE. She is passionate about innovative education and inclusive labour markets.
