Contract Description:

The contract concerns the procurement of event management services for two international events under the RARE Phase II project. The scope includes international travel arrangements, accommodation, catering, venue rental, local transportation, and related logistical services necessary for the proper organization of both events.

The indicative schedule is as follows:

Grant Contract no. CN 2022/439-850, financed by the European Commission. Title of the action “EU Regional Action for Roma Education: Increased Education Support and Opportunities for Roma Students in the Western Balkans and Turkey (RARE), phase II”.
